Current Solutions
Galaflex® (Tepha/BD), a scaffold made from PH4B, proved the value of resorbable scaffolds and grew to $50M annual sales in just 3 years, However, it remains expensive to produce.
Our Solution
Voyager’s breast reconstruction scaffold, based on PPCA®, matches or exceeds Galaflex in tensile performance and resorption while being more cost-effective to produce.
PPCA® offers tailored mechanical strength, moldability, and degradation kinetics that support tissue regeneration. Extended support over 6 months ensures scaffold integrity throughout healing, with full bioresorption at 18–24 months and no permanent residue.
